Family & Consumer Science Class Sponsors Preschool
October 17 , 2009- On Friday October 27th, Mrs. Hamilton's ninth grade Family and Consumer Science classes sponsored a preschooler at CMJH. Over 30 young children age 2 to 6 participated in the full day event.
Ninth graders from each period of Mrs. Hamilton's class will supervise children, work on projects, play games, and feed kids snacks.
Mrs. Hamilton has organized this preschool event six times in the past three years. It is a great opportunity for teenagers to view first hand what child care and preschool education is all about.
