School is Out for Summer!

June 15, 2006- Cougar Mountain Junior High students headed home on June 15th to begin their summer vacations. As classes ended, students exited the building, said their goodbye's, and boarded the school buses for the last time this school year. As the students road away on the busses, a parade of school teachers and administrators waved good bye while reflecting on another wonderful school year.

The ninth grade class left Cougar Mountain Junior High for the last time as they will now make the jump to High School in the fall. For most of them this means either Bethel High School or Graham-Kapowsin High School. The Cougar Mountain staff wishes the ninth grade class well and thanks them for their hard work and dedication. The were in fact the first ninth grade class to complete three years at CMJH.

School will resume again on August 31, when a new crop of seventh grade students will enter the halls of Cougar Mountain. Eighth and ninth graders will join them on September 1.

From the CMJH staff to all our wonderful students, "Have a great summer, be safe, and see you soon."
