P.E. Choices Include conditioning and activity P.E.

Activity P.E.- units may include: flag football, soccer, speedball, archery, bowling, badminton, pickle ball, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, flexibility training, aerobic and anaerobic training and physical fitness challenges.

Conditioning- will include: strength training in the weight room, flexibility training, aerobic and anaerobic training and physical fitness challenges.
